What is the purpose of the PROMAS statement key in my owner profiles?

A PROMAS statement key is what associates an owner with their PROMAS ledger and statement. If there is no statement key, the owner profile cannot have any statements associated with it.

First, try to synchronize profiles from PROMAS, wait about 15 minutes, then log on to HomeRentals. Your newly published information will update, and the owner should have a green statement key shield.
